Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Freshdrop, we value customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a seamless experience. Please read our policy below to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone using the contact details provided on our website.
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for:
- Cancelled orders (within the allowed cancellation window).
- Damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items reported within 2 hours of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- In case of UPI or COD orders, we may request your UPI ID or bank details to process the refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items returned after the specified time window.
- Items that have been used or tampered with.
- Perishable items not stored or handled as per guidelines.
