Orders

• Orders are subject to availability.
• Payment must be made at the time of order placement.
• Pre-booked items cannot be canceled once processed.

Refunds and Returns

We ensure the quality of our products. However, in case of a valid issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.

Delivery Policy

• Orders can be placed daily until 2:00 AM. All orders placed before 2:00 AM will be delivered the same morning between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Orders placed after 2:00 AM will be delivered the following day in the same morning time window.
• No deliveries are made on Sundays. Orders placed on Saturdays after 2:00 AM will be delivered on Monday morning.

• You must not misuse our website for unlawful activities.
• All content on this website is owned by FreshDrop and is protected under copyright laws.
